I used to do moxi until i went to a new cosmetic derm and learned that moxi is the same of half the 'fraxel dual' treatment, rebranded by the same people that came up with the BBL (which is the same exact thing as an IPL). I just do an IPL and Fraxel Dual every year now and save about $2000 a year compared to the place that was doing Halo, BBL, and Moxi every year.
Huh?? This is totally false. When you say fractional CO2 laser I assume you are referring to Fraxel, which is weaker than Halo.

Is IPL better than BBL?
Where do you go?

I switched medical derms and consulted with their aesthetician. She cut the cost of my skin care routine in half and said that I really at this point needed CO2. Prepared for an upsell, I asked about the cost and it's half of what the med spa charged me for Halo. I must have looked stunned, and she kind of flatly said they are not a retail operation on the whole and that this is a price point that makes them money but does not gauge their patients. I booked.
Is this local? Would love the recommendation.
