We renovated our rowhome kitchen, kept the cabinets (but painted them), had a carpenter add a few custom cabinets to match, and put in new induction stove (but kept the other appliances), added a duct for a vent and upgraded electric, tile backsplash, and quartz countertops with waterfall edge, new pendant lights, new cabinet pulls. Floors stayed the same. It was over 30k. This was 3 years ago.
I really recommend a kitchen renovation be done when it is relatively nice outside. Being able to grill some meals was a huge $$ saver.
