I’m on a .25 dose that is working well and I have no intention of increasing. I’m eating 1500ish calories a day and hope to lose 20 lbs relatively slowly.
I know protein is important for preventing muscle loss (I also lift weights fwiw) but if I’m on a low dose and trying to lose weight slowly, do I really need the massive amounts that are suggested for GLP users? I can eat 70-90grams easily throughout the day without protein powders/etc but struggle to get over 100g with real foods. Not opposed to supplements, but curious if I really need them.
