I don't think you have to be a Jew to be offended by antisemitism and I removed about 10 posts about Israel killing Kirk yesterday. It is not practical to block all external links, they play an essential role in the discussion. We have blocked links to specific sources, though some of the worst offenders have found ways around the block. If you see a link to a very disreputable source, please report it, just as you should any other inappropriate post.

You really should consider banning links to other social media. It’s unsubstantiated rage bait most of the time. I see a ton of these posts in the political forum and it’s like digital crack for crazies. It is possible to find well-cited information that can be linked but let’s be honest. People who post this junk aren’t being educated by debating the veracity of their claims. They are just digging in. Not saying we stop the dialogue but linking to crazy conspiracy, like Israel killed Kirk stuff, is just loony. I’m not a Jew btw, that’s just a recent example. There are plenty more I’m sure.
