My daughter is a sophomore at a local private school. She has ADHD and typically earns B/B+ grades. When we asked her counselor about college fit, she explained that those conversations usually begin junior year and encouraged her to keep doing her best. She also noted that many colleges are now test optional, which could be a good route since standardized tests have always been a challenge.

In the meantime, we’re trying to get a head start on researching good-fit schools. Ideally, she’d love a college with strong school spirit and a student body of 5,000+ students. She’s involved in clubs and plays soccer (though not at the D1 level). Are there schools you’d recommend we consider adding to our list?
