I paid $349 for my 3 month starter pack and then I think it's $200 a month after. I think 1mg is going to be the dose I need. I am smaller so a higher dose just makes me sick.

Sounds like you’re getting LillyDirect single-use vials of name brand Zepbound. Fb says what I get, but mine is prescribed through my doctor. Price is $349 for 2.5 mg (and maybe 5 mg, can’t remember), but goes up to $499 for all higher doses.

The cheaper prices you see are for compounded GLP-1s, which are not as safe, although I’m sure others will argue with me about that.

High cholesterol and weight loss is a bonus. No diabetes.

It would be $24.99 without the coupon.

Granted I stocked up a couple of months ago, but I've spent a total of about $1,850 for compounded tirzepatide- that should span 10-11 months of use (almost 6 months in, so about 5 months still left). Which is a great per-month price, albeit I'm on a low dose (currently 4mg, never went above 7.5).

I've used Orderly, Fifty410, and Lumi.

The ads are for compounds.

If you want a compound with no monthly fee, I suggest Orderlymeds.

I started Ro for Zepbound and it was priced at $349. I wasn’t losing weight so suggested my dose be increased and price went up to $500 per month - plus monthly fee.

I see so many advertisements for $149.

What is different with all these companies? Why are some so cheap - or is that just a trick to get you started?

I feel duped.
