When the government prints money with abandon (QE4, 2020), it goes looking for a home. Or a house, in this case.

CPI underreports inflation regardless of administration. But house prices and S&P runup tell the story. Money looking for a place to land.

I have so many questions about the first one. Why would you ever put carpet next to a kitchenette? And am I wrong, or would that corrugated-like tile in all the bathrooms be a pain to clean?

Is it me or does it seem like homes that just a few years ago would have been in the 2M range are now in the 3M range. A million $ difference for new contruction
