The problem is it will use words like “foster” or something that won’t really be helpful in describing the activity with a focus on leadership and impact. There are some tools that are good, but it takes hours and hours of finessing. I’d suggest you just sit and do it yourself.

Seriously, are there any website links with actual examples? It seems impossible to describe anything in that small space!
