Just SES and just the ones who get bios on our website. It's not a photographer, just someone from public affairs.

We did have photos offered for everyone until the RIFs this year.

My agency encouraged us to start a water club because the drinking water was barely drinkable from the various faucets and fountains, everyone chipped in a few bucks a month for jugs of water and a dispenser machine.

We chip in for drinking water, soap and paper towels

Oh FDA? If not us too

Pretty standard. My agency has had a water club for 30 years.

My agency did in-house headshots for all staff who wanted them about 10 years ago. They’re on the website, but they’re all pretty dated now. Too bad they RIFed the photographer earlier this year (along with 2/3 of the agency).

For Teams and situations where I need to supply a photo (like giving a presentation and they want a bio/photo), I just use a recent selfie these days. It looks better than the dated headshot.

Yes my tiny agency provides! They're sorta hit or miss though.

My agency offers them to all employees (although I'm not sure about contractors). They are called flag photos. I haven't had one in a few years, though.

SES’s get the one in front of the flag and seal. Maybe one or two 15s get one if they get a particular position, but the rest of us do not.

Until 10-15 years ago all of my agency's lawyers got headshots.

My agency just started providing professional headshots to rank and file employees after a five year hiatus. I know it’s fairly common at the DoD, but was always curious to see how other civilian agencies provide professional photos. I would think most agencies have a few staff photographers on hand to do the work. For a while, a number of colleagues would have professional sessions that would cost hundreds of dollars of dollars. The AI headshots look the worst, though. Anyone receive free headshots and other photos at their agency in recent times?
