WOW. By doing this, you're just doing a disservice to your children. But do go on.

How exactly? It's an unelected position.
The school board positions might as well be unelected as well given the voting behaviors of Fairfax county residents over the last 10 years, and they wholly support these moves.

“Chief Security Officer” - another useless 250k job. In addition to still having an “executive director” of security
“Chief Engagement Officer” for 250k
“Chief Equity Officer” for 250k
“Chief People Officer” for 250k in addition to retaining an almost equally highly paid “superintendent” of human officers
Increase the number of Executive Principals from 5 to 12!
A whole bunch more of paper pushing positions at Gatehouse marked “senior administrators” because Reid doesn’t have the courage to fire even the worst and most abusive principals like Thompson of Hayfield
She is taking and creating many new high paid positions for cronies to curry favor with admins spending millions of dollars that could be spent in the classrooms that she cuts from the budget, when these positions seem to have a lot of overlap with existing positions and don’t seem to add value especially compared to the leaner central staffing models of their predecessors.
She needs to be stopped.
