Why wouldn’t you let them? There’s a ton of growing and brain development going on. They need rest to do that.

Anonymous wrote:Same here. Our kids are in HS & college and 6am is their default wake-up time. Both parents are early risers and we have a smallish house so perhaps it's our fault. Once they hit the teenage years we have had occasional 7-8am wakeups but I literally can't think of a time that anyone slept later than that. It's the opposite problem of most parents of young adults!
