Not urgent care - that’s a number that requires insulin ASAP

Are you having other symptoms? Peeing frequently, thirsty, recent weight loss? Any shortness of breath or abdominal discomfort.

The longer your blood sugar is elevated, the higher your risk of going into DKA, so it does need to be dealt with fairly urgently

Is there a reason you're monitoring your blood sugar? Im guessing you aren't a diabetic if you're asking what to do. Are you on any steroid medication?
