Zucchini meatballs with yogurt sauce. There is a good recipe in Ottolenghi's Jerusalem, and a slightly less good but quicker NYTimes one.

I use it 100% of the time instead of ground beef, for everything except hamburgers. Some examples:
Sloppy Joe's
Meat sauce for pasta
Lasagna
Baked Ziti

We use it as a direct replacement for ground beef both in pasta sauce and in chili. No special recipe. Our tomato-based pasta sauce happens to be savory rather than sweet.

Anyone have a recipe for ground turkey that is legitimately good? Like where you don't just wish it was ground beef?
