I can’t log in now with my password. And when I try to reset my password it says an error occurred. I don’t know how to access my account now and add money for lunches.

NP.My kids rarely buy lunch but I keep $10 in there as a just in case

I agree, I think this was a really bad idea. I bet they'll change it back in a few weeks.

Ugh. I knew this would happen. I just received an AutoPay notification for my student who never buys lunch. I checked the account and someone has been putting in her ID number all week and buying lunch on my credit card.

I immediately stopped AutoPay and emailed to request a refund. But who else do I contact?

BTW: This is a high school student. I do not want to be paying for some other child’s lunch all year! Why did they get rid of lunch PINs?!? The student ID is written on their laptop and not secure at all.
