I am Canadian. The advice of the government of Canada is to be careful in completing US immigration forms. Your family may want to consult with a lawyer. If there are any issues, even minor ones, they can be detained.

They will have to fill out that new snowbird thing. But honestly they'll prob end up in ice anyways, tell them you will come visit them instead.

Family from Canada 🇨🇦 want to vacation in USA for more than 30 days. They will be driving. Does anyone have advice or experience with either the G 325R website? Or can they get an I94 instead? Or do they need to do both?
