If it's traumatic for staff members, then they need to either excuse themselves due to existing PTSD, or they need more exposure to gunshots so that they are capable of doing their jobs in an emergency.

Anonymous wrote:Yes they’ve done this as part of the drill at the elementary school where I work. Not pounding on the doors perse but jiggling the door handles hard to simulate someone trying to get in.

Nobody was aware this was going to happen a Emmy kid is pretty shook up as we have family experience with a school shooting.
