We had a friend who is Pakistani and told us this word means “little fatty”. She used it as a term of endearment about a baby years ago.

you got to get his eating under control- no ghee valley parathas. NO FAST FOOD or chips/candy except as a very special treat. no juice- give him a smoothie. What options do you have for sports?? doing a walk/run with him to get him moving while you find something is a healthy habit. If he is little just put him in soccer but if he's a but older you should should look into having him sign up for something he both enjoys and can get one on one training in like padel
