DH and I have been to the Austin location twice and would highly recommend the archery, beekeeping, and cooking classes. There is also a nice set of hiking trails adjacent to the property that lead down to and around some nice creeks and water features.

I love starting the day at all Miraval locations with whatever version of slow deep stretching they are offering at the time. In Austin I did a nature "forest bathing" "tree hugging" type thing that was surprisingly awesome.

We went a few years ago so don’t know if the classes are the same. But we really enjoyed the nature hike and the adventure ropes course. We also liked the aerial silks and a super slow evening yoga class where each pose was 5 minutes long. We also did a dance class with drums that my DH liked.

Anyone have suggestions for dining or classes/experiences you particularly enjoyed (or didn't enjoy) at Miraval? Going to Austin location but I know some things are similar so would appreciate any feedback.
