I drink CBD/THC seltzers. Why would it impact our relationship?

Why not just say "get high"? Why do people who eat their mind altering drug always, always take pains to describe it as edibles or even more coy, Popping a Gummy?

Just be out and proud! You're getting high. Whether you have a gigantic bong on the coffee table or not.

I don't, and here's why... at least in THIS neck of the woods, it's unregulated and you have no idea what you're getting.

I'm not worried about it being laced wiht angel dust or something, but I tried it a number of times—would order for the same place, same "brand", same quantity, and it was insanely varied how much THC was in it.

One time, one gummy would knock me out. The next time, one gummy wouldn't do anything. The next time, one gummy would do nothing for 90 minutes and then leave me crawling on the floor.

None of it was relaxing.

DH maybe once or twice a year. I've never tried .I smoked a couple times when I was younger and always felt nauseous so never bothered trying edibles. I also work in an industry where I could be drug tested at any point (though it's rare) and it's not worth the risk to me.

We both drink a couple glasses of wine a week and I personally don't think edibles are any different than that .

As someone who does both with zero taboo I agree with you.
