Not sure about "Big Greek," whatever that is, but the large state schools are indeed a great place to spend four years. There is something for everyone.

I agree with OP! Looks like so much fun. Husband and I went to very academic schools for college/grad school. I was at columbia for the 4 years they never won a football game. When we watch these big national football game experiences, my husband and I both agree that big football schools have their own kind upside and wish we had that opportunity when we were young!

You're remembering pre-NIL college sports. It don't work like that anymore. It's like going to a Mets game at citifield--athletes don't live on campus or attend classes anymore.
