Depends but it's usually not a quick turnaround. Like a PP said, they do it in batches. The person who said speaking English is optional is also correct. It's a serious liability issue and has been for years.

They onboard subs in batches. They schedule orientations and onboarding based on numbers. If only 5 people applied a week, they’ll do orientation every 4-6 weeks.
