I’ve had some slightly queasy moments that I’ve had before ZepboundI can’t tell if it was from hunger . I’m about 15 hours in now

I've been on Zepbound for 7 months now. I scaled from 2.5 to 5 to 7.5 I've lost 30 lb. The queasy feelings and belching have been worth it. Try to eat lots of small meals.

Woke up this morning feeling a little blah. Drank a bit of a protein shake. I felt like this in college for a while after I took vitamins on an empty stomach .

How long does it take to work? I’ve read too much and too little food makes you sick. Don’t eat anything fried. Dont have sugar.

For me, peak symptoms hit 2-3 days after each injection.
what were they and what did you do?

Nausea and vomiting, mostly. Sometimes diarrhea. Not much to do other than suffer through it.

But, as you said, fried and sugar foods should be avoided. Drink plenty of water and take fiber to avoid constipation. And keep physically active, including physical activity between your last meal of the day and bed. Going to bed on a full stomach will almost certainly lead to nausea the next day.

OP, I had no side effects (and very little weight loss) at 2.5. I stayed at that dose for 4 weeks before bumping up to 5 and still have almost no side effects. All this to say, you may be fine. Just listen carefully to your body

OP, FWIW I just took my third 2.5 shot of Zepbound and I've had practically no side effects.

I'm nervous about going to 5, but I'll cross that bridge when I get to it.

Good luck, OP!

I've taken 19 shots and have only felt ill 3 times. I don't want to eat fried food on the medication.

weird. So it could be vomiting, constipation and diarrhea? How do you do stuff like go out or have an appointment?

Really afraid of side effects but if this can lower my liver enzymes could be worth it
