Use them as a filling for wonton wrappers. Add a bit of toasted sesame oil and scallions. Then add them to soup (I might use miso soup mix or add garlic and ginger to chicken broth), or just steam them and eat them with a dipping sauce.

Simmer them in chicken broth to make an amazing soup. You can add noodles, vegetables, whatever you like.

Need some inspiration on how to use them! Cannot eat tomatoes, but I’ve used them before with some lemon parm pasta. Would love other ideas!
