She should go during General’s period and she can also do work on your home computer. She can log into her Google account using her school ID @apsva.us and the same password as her computer. Go to the w-l website and log into Canvas.

Any other W-L parents out there have advice? My 10th grader’s MacBook isn’t working and she hasn’t been able to get any help fixing it. She says the tech office is far away and she can’t get there between classes (and they’re only open limited hours). She has been doing assignments as best she can on a really old iPad but it’s really difficult and I’m worried about her falling behind. I tried calling the # on the website and never get a response.

Should I call the main office? Or try to get it fixed at a shop (worried about $$$ for this option). It’s so frustrating that computers are absolutely essential for every single class but we can’t figure out how to get it fixed!! Anyone btdt??
