But it is expensive to hire staff to develop baseline POVs on many fronts. That's also how strategy consultants stay in business.

We used to have licenses for their research - you can now do most of this with AI.

Worked there a while back, so take it with a grain of salt. Low salaries. Lots of pressure, especially if you're in sales. At the time, the research team seemed chill within my area and I enjoyed working with them; that's not true for every team, though. Big, daily "this is a fire drill!" energy over nothing. I didn't enjoy my time there and bounced quickly, but it's such a big company that it's hard to pinpoint what your specific experience could be like. I don't recall anyone being ecstatic to be there, more like they rolled into the pace of life there and weren't keen to look elsewhere.

I didn’t move forward with their interview process because the salary was too low and expectations too high - like being available late night for calls with team members in other time zones and speaking at conferences. Would have been more open to the position if the salary was higher.
