Air wrap still makes mine frizzy. If it works for you that's great but people should make sure they buy one with a return policy.

Dying it will not help. It will only make it look worse. Trust me.

I use L'Oreal and the color I like is a cooler (ash) version of my original hair color. I think gray hair looks fantastic on my friends with straight or slightly wavy hair, and I'd love to stop dyeing, but I don't see a realistic way to go straight. Blow-outs don't even work and I don't want to fry my hair with treatments.

I can style mine so it's not frizzy (conditioner in the shower, conditioner after the shower, then gel; avoid going outside until dry) but it takes a long time to dry and the curl pattern is unpredictable. I end up wearing it in an updo instead of messing with it, but I would like to wear it down more.

I would do keratin. It’s expensive but mine lasts about 9 months. It makes my hair look so much better

I am struggling with this too except I've always had straight stringy hair and now it's getting wiry. I shed a lot and grow a lot of replacement hairs so the replacement hairs are coming in this way.

Washing hair less, religiously conditioning, rubbing argan oil into wet hair helps. But I need to up it more and investigate more hair products. And need to accept that this new routine of hair products that I've never had to do before is now a part of my life.

I had a routine like that when I was younger and my hair was gorgeous, but I don't have the patience for this anymore, and the pay-off isn't quite what it used to be, having a big shaggy head of dull greys.

I have fine, straight hair that is growing white at the temples, and dye at home with henna and indigo.

...is driving me crazy. I finally cut it short a year ago, and it's less work now but it still looks borderline crazy-lady. I need to dye it, or straighten it, or get some kind of magic chemical treatment. I just don't know what. I barely spent more than 2 hours per year in a salon through most of my adult life, and now I just don't know what to do. I look at the Dysons and the Brazilian Blowouts and the million dye options and I am just paralyzed. I want to look stylish and well groomed! Save me please.
