Go take a look at a set of photos from a Mar-a-Lago event. In no scenario do those women have anything other than nearly limitless funds with which to "fill" so it looks "natural". And, in no scenario do those women look anything other than clownish.
I don’t think the Mar a Lago women are particularly interested in looking "natural." Kind of an odd example.
