He is not aging well in my humble opinion - he was gorgeous in Top Gun (his prime,) but now he looks like he is fighting aging tooth and nail yet is sadly losing the pathetic fight.

Morgan Freeman is someone that I would add to this list. The last time I saw him he was bald. But He had a full head of hair right into his late 70's.

My DH is 47 and has Patrick Dempsey type hair. My father in his 70s has great hair too. White/silver, but thick.

I just saw "Toxic Avengers". Kevin Bacon had good hair in it. I agree with Pierce Brosnan. I would add George Clooney.

I think a lot are plugs/transplants. Joel Mchale recently did an interview about his, I think it's far more common (espec in hollywood) than people think.
