They canceled all our performance standards and then we all had to rush to establish new ones mid-July. I suspect there's either some evil RIF-related plot, given that now OMB says at least 60% have to get 3s, or it actually is as dumb as it sounds.

I worked a full year. Larla worked 1/2 the year but we both got the same salary. We both get the same bonus.
