In my agency, those on DRP are not getting annual PMP. They have been exempted by the agency’s principal.

The only way to get a year-end bonus or performance awards is to have a PMP. So those on DRP are not eligible.

But I hear from the top that there’s $0 bonus for this year.

Don't you have to do an exit eval now that they are officially leaving?

What's the logic behind that?

They canceled all our performance standards and then we all had to rush to establish new ones mid-July. I suspect there's either some evil RIF-related plot, given that now OMB says at least 60% have to get 3s, or it actually is as dumb as it sounds.

Interior right?

Unless I am told otherwise, I am not giving anyone on DRP a bonus. Why would I?

No, but we were on an eval cycle that ends when the leave year ends, not the fiscal.

Why does it feel wrong? My program will prorate bonus amount for DRP participants.

I worked a full year. Larla worked 1/2 the year but we both got the same salary. We both get the same bonus.

in my program, Larla gets 1/2 of your bonus because Larla worked 1/2 year. We don't penalize people for taking DRP but we try to be fair at the same time

We are giving bonuses depending on how time was spent during DRP. Interesting stuff gets a better bonus.

No--our DRP did not get bonuses (everyone else did).
