My DS works at a high end grocery store and he bought a bar using his employee discount. I love chocolate and pistachios. It wasn’t my favorite.

It’s pretty good. It reminds me of an expensive Kit Kat, and a little better. Cuter too

It's just a "flavor" of chocolate bar filled with pistachio creme and pastry flakes. Multiple candy companies are making this chocolate bar and I can guarantee they are not made in Dubai or the UAE.
My local Giant grocery store was selling ones made by the Lindt company. I just checked and they are charging $15 per bar. Personally, I would only get this for my child as a holiday or birthday present. (Perhaps fortunately, food allergies mean I can never have it.)

My teen told me it’s sexual but wouldn’t say what it was. Anyone know?

Shake Shack has a Dubai Chocolate shake that my kid says is delicious. There is also a knock off version at Wegmans that is pretty cheap.

There have been recalls in many countries but I couldn't quickly find the US one:

OP here, should I buy it for her? We can afford it but it’s quite expensive.

Just a popular expensive chocolate at the moment. It's pretty delicious I think but I can't imagine looking any more into it other than a chocolate that's trendy right now.

Does anyone know what “Dubai Chocolate” is. DD keeps talking about it and I’m just confused! I know about the whole hustler culture that praises the UAE despite their homophobia and human rights abuses. As an immigrant from a middle eastern country, I don’t know if DD is trying to connect with her culture or if she’s just doing an internet trend. What should I do?
