This year, Democrats have refused to confirm a single Trump civilian nominee by voice vote or unanimous consent. It’s completely unprecedented. For a nominee coming out of private practice it’s problematic to just be in limbo with no end in sight.
Perhaps Trump should try nominating some capable, honest, accomplished attorneys to judgeships rather than inept, corrupt stooges with no real experience or ability.
