Original Poster here. Only those married or engaged got plus ones. She wanted to bring her tinderella.

Yall are wild for thinking she’s a brideszilla, or being tacky. If a bridesmaid isn’t allowed a plus one then she’s not allowed a plus one. That simple. Karens of the world think the bridesmaid is “entitled” to a plus one on someone else’s day.

It's insane you're not giving a bridesmaid a +1. Unless it's an extremely small 10 person wedding, all bridal party should have a +1. You really do sound like a bridezilla.

Right? As if the bridesmaid bringing a +1 in any way takes away from it being the bride’s day. It’s ridiculous not to give +1’s, to your closest friends and family. If she’s a bridesmaid she’s clearly in your close circle.

It was wrong of you from the get go if the others get +1s. Cheaping out of a plate cost you a relationship. Deal with one fewer bridesmaid.

Agree with everyone else. It's a commitment to be in the bridal party, the least you could do is offer a plus one.

Long story short, a wedding party guest has essentially gone silent and then called last night throwing a tantrum yelling at us that we are not allowing her to bring a plus one. It's our day, not hers, especially with someone she says she is thinking of breaking up with. We are un-inviting this person. Wrong thing to do? Wedding is 3 weeks out, this is also a bridesmaid.
