Where do you go for keratin and how much do you pay?

I get keratin then color afterwards in the same appointment. My hair has never looked better

Can you use a Demi or semi permanent color, which just deposits color, after keratin?

This is helpful! I’ll ask my stylist if this is an option. I can’t have orange hair for a full 2 weeks.

Sorry I meant the opposite! Color first then the keratin!

I can’t do this because it lightens my color to a bright orange.

I've had my hair toned 3 days after keratin to normalize the color.

Unfortunately I am told almost all keratins strip color.

I can’t do color before because it strips the color from my hair.

I very much need a keratin but struggling what to do about the color. The internet insists I wait 2 weeks post keratin for color.

The problem is that a keratin fades my existing color (dark brown) and turns it orange. I can’t live with orange hair and grey roots for 2 weeks. Does this mean I can’t ever have a keratin?

At another salon I was told this is an old fashioned rule and I can color within a few days.

Any suggestions or advice?
