Smoothies are an obvious good choice! I often mix bananas in greek yogurt topped with some peanut butter and cool whip for a late night treat.

I make these 3-ingredient 'brownies' for my toddlers a lot, but I also find them addicting:

Slice fresh bananas and fresh strawberries and mix together for a Strawberry-Banana Fruit Salad

Here’s a recipe that might be of interest. I haven’t actually tried it, but it certainly seems easy enough. I remember being interested in it, but then I forgot about it until I saw your post.

- mash and mix in wheat flour. knead a soft dough using water, and make rotis/chappatis out of it.

- Mash and mix in wheat flour, crushed fennel seeds, ghee, cardamom, jaggery. knead into a hard dough using very little milk and water. roll it out and cut into strips. Fry. Store. Eat as a snack or with tea.

full fat, organic, brown cow yogurt. finely chopped banana. crushed walnuts and chopped dates and raisins, sprinkle some sea salt. 2 scoops of prepared vanilla pudding (or skip this and only put some vanilla). Mix and eat it.

Heat the Justin’s version of Nutella—drizzle over and top with almond slices.

Put in a smoothie with skim milk, mango, yogurt and spinach.

Put in a smoothie with coffee, skim milk, nut butter and chocolate or caramel or hazelnut syrup and ice.

Make a banana and PB sandwich on while wear and fry it until the Pb is melted.

I need to learn to love them! Can you help me?

I love them in banana bread, but I am looking for healthier ways to consume them.

Apart from eating one straight out of the peel the only other banana dish I know is slicing them up, sprinkling them with cinnamon and maybe a wee bit of honey, and eating them with a side of peanut butter.

PLEASE share you favorite healthy way to eat bananas, I will be very grateful to adopt your methods/recipes!
