I guess but the 360 review is not place to blast people.

Subject: What was End Game?
My company is starting 360 Reviews. So had to ask some peers and staff to do survey of me. I only have a small amount of staff.
At weekly meeting I mention firm is doing this and I will be sending a link for them to review me. Also me mention this is phase one you will be asked to do this in a few weeks.
One woman asks well who is getting the results? Also who can see results? I answer well I can’t, but person in HR doing it, head of HR and since head of HR reports to CEO maybe CE0. But unsure.
Then she asks what are questions I expect to answer. I go what, she was serious. I pull up deck and most are pretty high level a few about department, company and culture read then out loud.
Then she goes let me think about it. I finally said I have to send you link regardless you do with it what you want.
I am so confused to endgame. Was she going to blast me? If not and someone else does, now I will think it was her?
I hate these things but this was crazy.
