Twin Springs at the Pike and Rose Saturday farmer's market (also Sunday at the Bethesda) has outstanding corn. They alse also have a church site at the corner of fernwood and democracy on Wednesday mornings. Both are near your location.

Don't overcook it, like 1-2 min boil at most to keep it crisp and sweet. Overcooked makes it chewy and starchy.
Really? 2 mins? Google said 10. Thanks

Thanks. Are they there daily?
I usually have a drive from the eastern shore this time of year and have gotten it at stands there. I will check this out. Thanks

Just microwave it in the husk. 6 1/2 min for two ears.

Twinsprings farms at the Bethesda market have really great corn (if they still have it). They are in Bethesda central market on Sundays and have a market schedule during the week in other locations in Moco and DC.

Find a farmer's market that grows it within 150 miles of you.

Any suggestions for where to buy great corn on the cob? Grocery store cobs are horrible. I live in North Bethesda/Kensington. TIA.
