We have Me. Cooper and now handle our own tax payments because they screwed them up so badly,

It was last sold by nation star and now it's Mr. Cooper and I don't like it because they are doing escrow analysis and they said that I'm short $6,000. I received a property tax refund of $3,300 and they are applying that instead of refunding me to the escrow and now they say instead of my mortgage jumping from 1800 to $2,400 it would now jump to $2,170. Not understanding how they are calculating this because everything has been paid on time and they are just adding a cushion they do an estimate or what they call an escrow analysis whenever a sum is deposited into the escrow but Fairfax county didn't send it to the escrow. They sent it to Mr. Cooper and Mr. Cooper chose to deposit it to the escrow. I don't know what I can do about this because I can't afford it anymore. And I wish my mortgage could be so to another server but I don't know why it's not.
