My son changed his MCPS issued chromebook's password yesterday, and is now unable to login. When he uses the new password, he is then taken to a page where he is asked to put in his old password to save the "local data". When he does that, the next window gives him an error.
He has tried shutting the chromebook down, and also entering his old password to see if there was a lag time. However, those solutions are not working.
I was able to login to his MCPS email account with his new password with no problem on another device.
I sent a message to the MCPS helpdesk, but who knows when I will hear back from them. I just want it fixed before Tuesday! Any suggestions on what to do?
