Guaranteed your gym has a shower. It's just not up to your standard so you'd rather stink for the rest of the day.

My work locker room has nice showers, I rinse off there and leave my hair up. Blow dry my roots for a minute so they are dry. Theres even a clothes steamer in our locker room!

what kind of workplace has a usable gym but no shower.
I even prefer to shower at my office the lockerroom is so nice. I typcially ride my bike to work, get in a workout and shower before going upstairs.

My work doesn't have a shower so I just wipe down and bring clean underwear. Shower in the evening at home.

I sweat a lot during a workout. Not showering is not an option. So I shower at work.

I didn't have time for showers for awhile when I was working out at lunch. Triathletes use big body sized wet wipes so I adopted that. I would wash my face only & wipe myself down. Make sure to get rid of any sweat.

I typically workout at home after work, but need to adjust my schedule to accommodate kid afternoon activities. I have access to a great gym at work I can use at lunch. Just trying to figure out the grooming logistics though. Do people who workout midday take two showers?
