I didn’t list quantities, as that is what I am seeking advice on![]()
For reference, Rocklands’ own suggestion for “family of 4” is 2 lbs of meat and 3 pints of sides - I am not sure if that will be enough for 4 college students (vs mom/dad/2 kids) so is why I thought I’d add ribs, and maybe bump side dish quantities?
