Not true. I had British friends who wanted to come visit this fall and they’re cancelling due to fear of ICE and being thrown into a detention center randomly for 2 weeks and also more generally due to not wanting to spend money in the USA when they oppose many of the policies.

You are very misinformed. I have a lot of family in Europe who usually come to visit us in the summer. But not this year. After hearing about all the abuse travelers are enduring at the hands of CBP, they have cancelled all plans to visit the US.

Just came back from France and literally had a cab driver ask us why Trump is so racist, so at least one Frenchman doesn't see us in a good light. And he was planning on coming here to the World cup next year and now is deciding between going to Canada or Mexico.

You are VERY wrong. Europeans are concerned about dealing with ICE, don’t want some jerk looking through their phone and don’t want to risk to be detained. Others are simply disgusted by what is happening in the US. Tourism is down to the US.

Ever since March or April, flights to major European hubs have been very cheap (saw as low as $280 to Barcelona or Dublin)
