I'm sure most if not all sellers are not using a licensed commercial kitchen. They are probably using their own kitchen, where they let their cat jump all over the counters and sample the food. It's really unhygenic

The word "fine" is subjective. One person says fine another may say its "bad". In regards to freedom of speech, each their own.

The objective fact is that selling food pur of your homes is sometimes legal and sometimes not depending on the state and circumstances.

Some states have “cottage food” laws or “catering” laws that allow sale of home food below certain limits. It’s supposed to give people the opportunity to cook for bake sales and family events or small farmers markets without having to go through the heath license process. I personally would never buy from someone’s home kitchen. My mother was clear on that!

No, not always. The people are not making food in cyberspace, they are making food im their home, and it is not always legal to sell homemade food.
