This can be very frustrating for very intelligent people. They genuinely want to share their experiences, but most average people are clueless. Let me guess, is she another sociology major turned lawyer who now thinks everyone else is dumb. Let me guess, is she making $300k as a lawyer and laughs at your $200k salary even though you are the one writing safety critical software.

When women "interview" men they are not interested in their responses, they are fishing for red flags. You cannot have a genuine connection with someone if you are waiting for gotchas.
