Oyster, Oyster has a private room. They have fabulous food and it's very interesting what they can create essentially from vegetables and a few oysters. The presentaion is beautiful.

Agree that del Mar except for the parking is great. IMO Maydan is great but possibly too small to seat a group of that size together. What about Moon Rabbit?

With no budget, I would do this special night at the Occidental. Love the idea of old school table linen and impeccable service with decadent foods rooted from the past glamorous days.
