About four weeks ago, I interviewed for a job reporting to a former manager of mine. She was the one who told me about the position and encouraged me to apply, but it’s been radio silence ever since the interview. Typically, I would have long moved on at this point—I’m so accustomed to rejection at this point—but it’s bothering me that there’s no resolution on this one. Should I follow up and ask or just let it go?
