Agreed. OP hardly seems likeable online so I can only imagine how she comes across IRL

So one co-worker excludes you deliberately. Another talks about you. And another has gotten offended by your skills. That's 3 of the 9 co-workers. Time to honestly look inward about the way you present yourself and your ambition. If you can do that and truly determine it's all on them, it's time to leave for a different workplace. I'm noticing a big difference in approach to workplaces across generations. You may just need to be in an environment that's more aligned with your personal motivations.

Perhaps you are too hyper and high strung, and he feels you don't need the caffeine?

Test him, next time: When he asks the person closest to you, smile brightly and say loudly "Yes, I'll take a coffee, thanks Brad!". Observe who cringes and who looks awkward and whether he looks outraged at being asked by such a person as you

Im done with trying. They are all patronizing and my boss has his favorites.
One coworker talks about me so thats fun

Oh, then why did you post?

To vent like i wrote in the title

But you don't even want to answer any questions?

Can't do anything for you, OP.

Never asked you to, pp

So what's the point of venting, then? Usually people vent to get sympathy or advice. Otherwise you can just write in your journal.
But with your attitude, I think I know why no one is offering you coffee.

You say I have an attitude and add something rude on purpose. really? Lol

when a coworker goes around asking everyone if they want coffee except for me, it feels great ✨

He does this every single day. We are 10 people. He asks the 8 others individually. Individually. As in goes up to them. But never me. And yes, every day. he’s a suckup and always have been.

Seriously im only human. ofc im a little upset
