Please share what is the process at your company for promotion from director to senior director level.

I am constantly putting out fires. I suck at self-promotion and my manager certainly is not the kind to tout my accomplishments to senior leadership.

I don’t know how to respectfully relay to senior leadership my recent contribution to the company which not only impacted the bottom line but also saved them from a big fallout from a badly managed project by members of c suite.
