I love and prefer Santa Fe- much broader range of options. Ojo caliente is fantastic (do a day pass, spa is great). Many cool Airbnb options walkable to lots. Fantastic dining. Georgia o’keefe museum. Meow wolf. So much art.

Santa Fe has an airport. Teeny but it works.

Both are hard to fly to but can fly into Albuquerque for Santa Fe about. 45 min drive there are shuttles as well
Santa fe is easier to get to
Santa fe can be walkable
