I made my husband be the sleep trainer for both of my kids as I find it way too tempting to pick up baby and rock them, nurse them, etc. For kid one I literally hid in unfinished basement as the cries made me cry. This time I distracted with my toddler. If you have a partner to do the dirty work it's just a matter of choosing a method and implementing

Basically did CIO. Shewas 4.5 months. It took 3 nights and sge was sleeping 8pm-4am, bottle then bsck to sleep til 7. Dropped that 4am feed herself a month later so was going 11 hours at night at 5.5 months. No regrets and she’s still a good sleeper now as a tween.
