It will really depend on her first job and what she is required to carry (eg size of laptop etc). Also she may be more in need of other work items, depending on her job.
I think a good idea might be to get her a 200 dollar gift card to somewhere like Aritzia, Nordstrom, or Free People.

I would look at Mango, J Crew and Anthropology - you may find something close to this price point that is nice looking and stylish .

I want to buy a nice bag (or provide a gift certificate to a bag company) for a 27 year old who is graduating from a masters program. She is a fashionable Black woman, but not super fancy since she’s been a broke graduate student. I am thinking of something in the $200 range.
Please recommend brands or specific bags that would work for this age.
